Dreaming of your own home — or stepping up to something bigger?
Buying a home is an incredibly important financial decision and a highly personal one. The last thing you need to worry about is getting a fair deal on the financing. Turn to the mortgage professionals at ESSA. We’ll work with you at every step and ensure you choose the right loan — and payments you can afford.
A low fixed rate means your payment never changes so that you can budget easily — choose from terms of 10, 15, 20, or 30 years. When you apply, your rate is guaranteed 60 days from application.1
Adjustable-Rate Mortgages (ARMs)
If you’re looking for the lowest payment possible, an ARM may offer you a lower initial rate. It remains fixed for 3, 5, or 7 years — with annual adjustments thereafter. Like our other mortgages, your initial rate is guaranteed 60 days from application.1
All the options you need:
Pre-qualification and pre-approval process
As you start your home search, a pre-qualification can help determine the purchase price, monthly payment, or type of home you can afford. It also saves time and gives you confidence. Once you have selected a home, a pre-approval provides you with an approval for a specific loan amount. To secure a pre-approval, a mortgage underwriter will obtain your credit score, verify documentation, and review your home loan application.
If you’re in a home you already love, we can still help. Consider refinancing at rates that remain at near-historic lows. You can lower your rate and monthly payment.
