Starting November 10, you’ll begin using our new online and mobile banking system, goVivo®. Be sure to download the goVivo® app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the setup instructions to access your accounts seamlessly.

Business Savings Accounts

Any ESSA Bank savings account option can be added to your Combined Statement if you prefer a single monthly statement, or you can opt for a Business eStatement. Use Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking or ServiceCall to access your account any time, day or night.

Do all of this yourself or set up authorization for specific personnel within your company to handle certain portions of the administrative tasks. The ability to add, delete or modify user permissions allows you control over employee access to Business Online Banking.

Three levels of Business Online Banking service

  • Standard Business Online Banking includes Bill Pay, and access and transfer capabilities between business deposit and loan accounts
  • Enhanced Business Online Banking includes Standard features, plus limited ACH origination with two security tokens and a higher mobile limit
  • Full Service Business Online Banking includes Enhanced features, plus full ACH and wire transfer with two security tokens and custom limits

  • Save time, stamps and money. Make a single payment or schedule to pay all your monthly bills in one sitting

eStatements

  • Enroll for eStatements to view your monthly statement online. It’s free with Business Online Banking. View your previous 13 months of statements and each month going forward

IMPORTANT: Current Business Online Banking Users

  • Log in at ESSABank.com any time on or after November 10
  • Use your existing User ID
  • You’ll need to set up a Password if you have not preregistered. Enter the last 5 digits of your Tax ID Number and your 5-digit zip code (no spaces). Then follow the prompts to change your password.
  • Up to 13 months of statement history will be available. You may want to print or download any further history prior to Friday, November 7, if desired
  • If you currently pay bills online, your payees and bill pay history will transfer automatically
  • Upon verification, you will have immediate access capabilities

If you use online Bill Pay

  • Your current payee information will transfer automatically
  • Pay multiple bills on a single page
  • Bill Pay recurring payments and payees you have set up will still be available
  • Select the date you wish your payment to be delivered or received. You’ll see both the “send on” and the “deliver on” dates when you schedule payments

NOTE: You will not be able to schedule new payments as of 3:00pm, Thursday, November 6.


If you originate ACH transactions and wire transfers

  • You will receive an invitation to join one of three webinars in October for introductions to ACH, wires and Positive Pay
