We want to assure you that your existing personal and business loan or line of credit will continue without interruption. There will be no changes to the terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, or other conditions of your current agreements. You can continue to make payments and manage your accounts just as you always have.

Your account numbers will remain the same, so there’s no need to update any automatic payments or linked services. In the rare case that a change is necessary, we will contact you directly with all the details and next steps—no surprises.

Whether you have a mortgage, auto loan, personal loan, business line of credit, or any other lending product, rest assured that your relationship with us remains strong and secure.

Making payments

  • Please continue to make your payments just as you do today. Your payment due date will remain the same. If you have a coupon book, you can continue to use your same coupons
  • If you currently make your payments through an automatic payment from your checking or savings account, this service will continue uninterrupted
  • If you currently use a non-ESSA Bank bill pay service, please provide the new payment address to your service. Also use this address if you mail your checks to the branch:ESSA Bank, a division of CNB Bank

Account access for lines of credit

  • If you currently have line of credit checks, you can continue to use your existing supply until you need to order new checks

Insurance policies for Mortgage Loans/Lines of Credit and Commercial Real Estate Loans

  • As part of your loan agreement, you agreed to carry hazard insurance on your real estate that we hold as collateral for your loan. At this time, we recommend that you contact your insurance company to update your mortgagee clause to:ESSA Bank, a division of CNB Bank, ISAOA/ ATIMA

You can then submit this hazard insurance policy with the updated mortgagee clause to InsurancePolicies@ESSABank.bank. If you do not take this action, and we do not have a current policy for your real estate loan on file, you will receive further communications from us with additional instructions on how to submit your policy to us and avoid force placement of insurance in the future.
